Hardware and software are optimally coordinated, supported by state-of-the-art tools such as the ISO by Zahnen engineering platform, CNC prefabrication and innovative control systems.
From special designs and turnkey systems to conversions during operation – our holistic approach guarantees smooth processes. With our own steel and pipeline construction, we offer a high level of vertical integration. State-of-the-art CAE and CAD systems support our specialists in planning, assembly and maintenance.
We specialize in energy management, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, rainwater management and the renovation and energy optimization of existing systems.
The material change in water and wastewater requires perfectly coordinated physical, biological and chemical processes. From mechanical purification to biological treatment and chemical precipitation, we offer customized solutions – including the 4th purification stage.
Our R&D department also develops innovative processes for industrial and municipal applications, which we make available via our exclusive Pure Water by zahnen portfolio.
We manage the entire factory engineering process according to a defined construction schedule – on time, in accordance with the contract and with a fixed contact person. Our project managers coordinate all phases: from planning and implementation through to completion. They are responsible for the organization, documentation and coordination of all work packages.
Thanks to specialized departments for mechanical and electrical engineering, we cover all services: Engineering, software development, switchgear construction, pipe and steel construction, assembly, service and documentation.
