CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION OF ZAHNEN TECHNIK GMBH

These conditions of participation refer to the competition of Zahnen Technik GmbH, Bahnhofstraße 24, 54687 Arzfeld. Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. and is in no way organized or supported by Meta Platforms Inc.

1) Duration of the competition
The duration of the competition is from July 10, 2025, 3:30 pm to July 15, 2025, 11:59 pm. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.

2) Procedure of the competition
Participation takes place via…
– Following the Facebook page and/or Instagram account of Zahnen Technik
– Liking the post
– Writing a comment
and agreeing to these conditions of participation. Participation is only possible within the participation period.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

3) Eligible participants
Anyone over the age of 18 and resident in Germany is eligible to take part in the Zahnen Technik GmbH competition on Facebook and Instagram. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. Zahnen Technik GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation from the competition.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of Zahnen Technik and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

4) Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The competition includes a total of 6 weekend tickets for the Thunder Rail Festival, which will take place from 14.08. to 17.08.2025 at the Arzfeld exhibition grounds. Each winner will receive 2 weekend tickets. The weekend tickets include access to the festival site on Friday, 15.08.2025, and Saturday, 16.08.2025, with live tribute bands.

The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants.

The winners will be informed promptly via a private message or comment. Each winner must contact marketing@zahnen-technik.de by email within one week. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer of the competition – Zahnen Technik GmbH.

The prizes will be delivered by post at the expense of the organizer Zahnen Technik exclusively to the winner or the winner’s legal representative. If possible, the prizes can also be collected in person at the Arzfeld location. An exchange, self-collection or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel etc.) shall be borne by the winner.

5) Premature termination of the competition
Zahnen Technik GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer can demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

6) Data protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname, address and e-mail address, are true and correct. Zahnen Technik points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.

All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation. 7) Revocation
Participants are free to delete their registration data at any time by revoking their registration at marketing@zahnen-technik.de and thus withdraw from participation.

8) Contact, applicable law
The competition is organized by Zahnen Technik GmbH. If you have any queries or complaints, please contact marketing@zahnen-technik.de or 06550-9290-0. The competition organized by Zahnen Technik is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

9) Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation.
